Hello my name's Jake, I am the founder of MuscleBeef. I know beef from the ground up—growing up on a cattle farm where we raised predominantly Blonde d'Aquitaine and Limousin
cattle I understand firsthand the value of high-quality, nutrient-rich, lean, tender beef.
As both a lifelong cattleman and a passionate advocate for fitness and healthy living, I’ve seen the disconnect between what people think about beef and what it truly offers. Too often, beef is associated with fat and marbling rather than its unmatched ability to fuel muscle growth, recovery, and overall health.
